Campaign Period: 6 May 2024 – 2 June 2024
The Capitec Send Cash Campaign (“the campaign”) is valid for all merchants who have been approved by Capitec to facilitate send-cash redemptions, who process a minimum of R10 000 (ten thousand rand) per week for four weeks in Capitec Send Cash transaction volume during the Campaign Period.
Merchants must be at least 18 years old and have been approved by Capitec in all respects to qualify for the prize.
Week 1: 6 May 2024 – 12 May 2024
Week 2: 13 May 2024 – 19 May 2024
Week 3: 20 May 2024 – 26 May 2024
Week 4: 27 May 2024 – 2 June 2024
- One (1) merchant from each of the four recognized qualifying regions (being Northern Region: Limpopo and Mpumalanga, Central Region: Gauteng and North West, Southern Region: Western Cape, Northern Cape and Eastern Cape, Eastern Region: KwaZulu Natal and Free State) will be selected as a winner each week for four consecutive weeks.
- Every week, and for four consecutive week, a winner will receive a prize of R1000 credited from Kazang to their Kazang Wallets on the date of closing of the campaign by 3 June 2024 (“the prize”).
- The weekly winners of the prize will be notified via phone call and email within three days after the end of the Campaign Period.
- If Kazang is unable to contact a winner within three days, that winner will be disqualified, and an alternate winner will be chosen.
- Subject to Kazang obtaining the winners consent, winners agree to the use of their full name, store image, and photograph by Kazang for promotional purposes, including advertising, marketing, or promotional material.
- Kazang and/or Capitec reserves the right to disqualify any merchants suspected of unlawful or improper conduct during the campaign.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an equivalent from another service provider.
Capitec will not be held liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, consequential or special in nature, from a Merchant’s participation in this Campaign, whether or not a Merchant has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.
A decision taken in terms of the Campaign by either Capitec or Kazang shall be final, and no further correspondence shall be entered into regarding such a decision.
