Regional Sales Admin – Liquor



A vacancy exists for a Regional Sales Admin – Liquor within the Kazang – Micro Merchant Division, Sales in Southern Region – Western Cape.

The purpose of the role is to be able to work independently as well as a member of a team.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:  

  • Heads up the Regional Sales Admin team.
  • Completes various regional admin tasks themselves.
  • Lead Base Administration Responsibilities.
  • Prep and Plan team monthly objectives.
  • Manage FST performance overall.
  • Control & Manage Device Stock.
  • Control & Manage Region Marketing Material.
  • Any ad-hoc administration as required by the company.
  • Does ad-hoc support work for the Regional Manager.
  • Manage the Junior Regional admin.
  • Data analysing.
  • Region reporting.
  • Work weekends where necessary.

 In order to be considered for this position, the following requirements must be met: 

  • Matric /Grade 12. 
  • 3 – 5 years of administrative experience in managing others
  • Experience in working with large amounts of data.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification focusing on marketing/analytics/management.

Technical Skills: 

  • Basic knowledge of PowerBI.
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).
  • Experience in KSICS, CR, and CRM Systems exposure (MS Dynamics).
