A vacancy exists for a Regional Sales Admin – Liquor within the Kazang – Micro Merchant Division, Sales in Southern Region – Western Cape.
The purpose of the role is to be able to work independently as well as a member of a team.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Heads up the Regional Sales Admin team.
- Completes various regional admin tasks themselves.
- Lead Base Administration Responsibilities.
- Prep and Plan team monthly objectives.
- Manage FST performance overall.
- Control & Manage Device Stock.
- Control & Manage Region Marketing Material.
- Any ad-hoc administration as required by the company.
- Does ad-hoc support work for the Regional Manager.
- Manage the Junior Regional admin.
- Data analysing.
- Region reporting.
- Work weekends where necessary.
In order to be considered for this position, the following requirements must be met:
- Matric /Grade 12.
- 3 – 5 years of administrative experience in managing others
- Experience in working with large amounts of data.
- Relevant tertiary qualification focusing on marketing/analytics/management.
Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of PowerBI.
- Solid knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Experience in KSICS, CR, and CRM Systems exposure (MS Dynamics).
