An opportunity has become available for casual field marketing consultant within Kazang Connect in KZN (Umlazi, Richards Bay, Pinetown, Ladysmith, and Newcastle).
Minimum requirements:
- Matric
- Own vehicle and driver’s license will be an advantage
- Basic computer and cell phone literacy
- Willing to work daily in the informal and semi-urban areas
- 1-2 years in a field sales or field marketing role in the informal market
Responsibilities:
- Distribute promotional materials and information to Kazang vendors and customers.
- This may include store branding, field activations and product giveaways
- Train Kazang vendors on various products and services available for sale on their Kazang devices.
- Ensure Kazang vendors understand what the products and services are
- Ensure Kazang vendors understand how to sell the products and services
- Work closely with Kazang vendors to encourage the sale of Kazang products and services to the end-customers
- Provide daily information to your Kazang line manager with regards to all activities performed for the day
- Learn and understand the various products and services Kazang sells for a given promotional campaign
