Enabled the bank to achieve RDARR compliance as at the 30 June 2020.
External Audit post programme completion conducted by KPMG was finalised and the final audit report signed off by the head of the Audit and Compliance Committee and there after the report was sent to the SARB as confirmation.
RDARR BAU in operation currently, to maintain RDARR compliance.

POPI Support Function � Data 
Provided POPI data governance support to the POPI programme which entailed drafting new policies and or updating existing policies to meet the POPI requirements.
Also involved the creation of new processes to cater for additional POPI conditions; DSAR process, Datawarehouse customer clean up (greater than 5 years old), 3rd party data sharing. 

Data Management
General DG support, which involves:
Ongoing embedment of the Data Governance Framework across the bank.
Reviewing of existing DG policies annually.
Data warehouse administration w.r.t. storage, usage, and DW environment health.
Managed the data warehouse project which involved assessing the current DW environment and conducting a business needs analysis to ensure that DW is able to support the growing and evolving business needs.  The result being that 2 new ETL servers will be procured that will be able to support the business. The project budget has subsequently been approved at Exco and the project has been taken over by the IT Infrastructure team going forward.
Also involved in the Cloud migration project, which involves the migration of the bank�s PDW to the cloud.  
Review of the current data strategy to align with the new business strategy which entailed:
Understanding the business requirements w.r.t. the data needs also taking into account the new business strategy and the impact this will have on the data strategy.
Conducting a data analysis needs with Exco, and to also obtain their support/agreement on the way forward for data management at the bank.

The RDARR scope was identified and agreed at Board level and subsequently with the SARB.
The scope comprises of metrics that make up the Risk Appetite Dashboard, which includes the respective Risk Types across the bank.

Programme and Governance Structure
Set up of the programme and governance structure which involved the following:
Formalising the RDARR Steering and Workstream Leads (WSLs) committees.
Formalising the governance structure for the programme:
